Now an experienced performance coach and leadership consultant, Richard uses his psychological expertise to help organisations, teams and individuals, achieve optimum levels of mental resilience and sustained high performance.

Major General Jonathan Shaw has a portfolio career in the fields of strategy, geo-politics and technology.   He specialises in leading change and making a difference.   His roles include being the Chairman at Optima Group and lecturing on leadership, cyber and geo-politics.   He has contributed articles to the Financial Times, Evening Standard, Independent and The Tablet, and has recently published his critique of Whitehall, “Britain in a Perilous World; the Strategic Defence and Security Review we need”.  He recently retired from the British Army after 32 years during which he commanded on operations at every rank. Philip Gadie

Timothy Rees
